Testimonials

"I have worked with Diane Moreno in a business capacity while mentoring her in the fiduciary profession over the past nine months.  I have truly enjoyed working with her.  She is a quick learner, reliable, professional, and confident.  She is very giving of her time in helping others.  Most importantly I feel her standard of ethics fits well with the code of ethics set by our industry.  I continue to use her services when the opportunity presents itself and would recommend her to others."

"Knowing Diane for over 30 years, I knew I could trust her judgement when looking for direction for my mother. She had been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. Diane met my mother, assessed her condition and was able to assist me with a care plan that had my mother’s best interests in mind. The assistance and socialization Diane provided was instrumental in maintaining my mother’s quality of life as her health slowly declined. I appreciate the kindness, compassion and patience she showed my mother and the support and guidance she provided to me. I wholeheartedly recommend her."

"Diane was referred to us by a mutual friend. She was their Estate Manager and had assisted them with settling the estate of their mother who had recently passed away. My father had just passed away and we were completely overwhelmed with the daunting task of settling his estate. He was not very organized after my mother’s passing several years prior and we didn’t know where to begin. My brother and I both live on the east coast making the situation even more difficult. Diane is very compassionate, has a very calm presence and listened to our concerns. She took control of the situation and helped us to navigate the process from inventory and discovery to liquidation of the assets that included art, coin and book collections as well as real estate. Diane’s professionalism, knowledge and direction were really a godsend in our time of need. She comes highly recommended."

"Diane Moreno has provided invaluable help to our family in the areas of Eldercare, Estate Management and Trust Settlement Administration and has been working for us for over three years. She is honest, trustworthy, reliable and easy to work with. Diane has assisted us with a wide range of tasks over the years. She started working for us several months prior to my mother’s death. She was an advocate for my mother with her many Doctor visits both scheduling and attending these appointments; organized payment of bills and household expenses while maintaining files; assisted in resolving caregiver issues, and any other task that was asked of her. After suffering her second heart attack, my mother was in the ICCU in the hospital. Diane was at the hospital to provide emotional support and guidance to my brother and I relieving us when we needed breaks from watching over our mother. After our mother’s passing, Diane assisted us with the mortuary and memorial tasks as well as collecting and preparing the necessary documentation we needed to settle her estate.

Our father had suffered several strokes, lived in Senior Housing and required 24 hour caregiving assistance. We retained Diane to assist my father and his many needs as she had for our mother. Diane organized our father’s doctor’s appointments, transported and attended the appointments. She did all the shopping for him and often prepared food to help supplement the undesirable meals provided by the facility where he lived. She also oversaw the caregivers and instructed them on how to better attend to our father’s needs. Diane helped my father pay the bills for his care, assist in his financial and banking matters as well as those associated with managing the household expenses and maintenance of the family estate home. She arranged household repairs and upkeep and on several occasions her oversight helped avert household disasters. She sometimes accompanied dad to cultural events and provided companionship. My father trusted Diane and her judgment and enlisted her help mediating on his behalf when sibling disagreements arose.

As with our mother, when our father lay dying in the hospital, Diane again provided guidance and emotional support. After our father’s death, she assisted with mortuary arrangements and the collection and preparation of documents required for settling the estate. She also helped us with the preparation of our father’s memorial celebration.

I can recommend Diane Moreno without hesitation."
